Shipping & Returns

We are a family business and appreciate your purchase!

Thank you for your purchase! We are excited to have you as our customer! We understand there are certain circumstances where a purchased item may not meet your fit or expectations. Please read our Return Policy eligible returns and process.  

Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders at this time once it is placed. Any returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Online Orders: If you don't LOVE your purchase for any reason, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Returns are eligible for an exchange of a different size or receive store credit towards a future purchase. Item must be received to PBB within 14 days of delivery. If you exchange items, your exchange items are final sale. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your return via a trackable method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. 

Sale items, seasonal, daily deals, clearance, jewelry, accessories, seasonal, shoes, bralettes, bags, oils or any edibles are final sale items.  If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, it will be sent back to you at your expense if requested. 

You are required to message us at perfectlybeautifulboutique@gmail.com or on our form on the website to receive a return authorization.  Once we receive your return with the return authorization #, allow 3 to 5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.  If you return an item without a RA#, this will delay the processing. 

If you receive an item with a defect, contact us within 24 hours of item delivery and we will rush out a replacement. Have questions about the fit or material of an item?
